Notes:
The machine has been serviced and partially overhauled in our workshop. The following work has been performed and parts replaced:

• Hydraulic oil tank completely drained and cleaned
• Oil and air filters replaced
• New hydraulic oil filled in
• All hydraulic hoses replaced
• Press ram disassembled, stripped down to individual components, mechanics serviced
• Front two main running rollers replaced
• Blades on press ram replaced
• Main hydraulic cylinder disassembled, stripped, cylinder tube and piston rod inspected, complete seal kit replaced
• Counter knife in the frame replaced
• Knife gap set to approx. 3 mm
• Upper steel guide rails in the frame left and right replaced
• Worn press floor cut out, base plate replaced with wear-resistant HARDOX steel
• Binding and twister unit removed, stripped down to individual components, mechanics serviced, all twister shafts and ball bearings replaced
• All wire rollers in the needle heads replaced
• Wire knives cleaned and reset, chains lubricated and tensioned
• All wire deflection rollers serviced
• All door contact switches replaced
• Wirbulator dismantled, stripped and serviced
• General maintenance carried out

Finally, the press was subjected to a machine test in manual and automatic mode, see our video for the function test of the machine.

The documentation (Operating Manual, CE, electrical/hydraulic schematics) is fully available. An inspection is possible by appointment. We assume no liability for the technical specifications or possible errors.
