Malvern Mastersizer 2000 Liquid Particle Size Analyzer with Hydro 2000S Module.

The Hydro 2000S module can circulate between 50 ml and 150 ml of liquid; variable pump/mixer speeds allow suspension and circulation of particles of different sizes and densities, while the variable-power ultrasonic system enables effective dispersion of particle agglomerates.

The Mastersizer 2000 measures the particle size distribution in a sample and displays the proportion of sizes on a computer as a graph. Measurement is performed as the particles pass between the detector array and the laser.
