DPF DUO PREMIUM = CLEANING CABIN + DRYER FOR DPF/FAP FILTERS
This set of devices allows maximum optimization of the regeneration process. A well-organized operator can work with up to three filters simultaneously.

Advantages of DPF DUO Premium:

->Our filter mounting system is free from elements placed inside the DPF pipe that would block the water stream. This enables full utilization of the water and air pump capacity, thereby reducing regeneration time.
->The spacious cabin ensures easy and flexible mounting of the filter being cleaned. Based on experience, the operator selects the most suitable position for washing the filter.

The device enables the removal of soot and ash from DPF/FAP filters without negatively affecting their structure, restoring up to 99% of original flow capacity. Our technologists have ensured the cleaning procedure and applied detergents are safe for both the environment and machine operators.

The operator uses an endoscopic camera to inspect the filter for mechanical damage. If any signs such as melting, ceramic core cracks, or other mechanical defects affecting the DPF are detected, regeneration will not be possible. The regeneration process takes place in a sealed chamber equipped with filters to prevent harmful contaminants from escaping into the workspace. The cleaning fluid circulates in a closed loop and is filtered throughout the process, significantly extending bath longevity. The DPF DUO Premium cleans filters using water, chemicals, and air. The computer-controlled sequence of supplying water with chemicals, air, and pulses generated by compressed air ensures high regeneration effectiveness.
After cleaning, an additional device dries the filter with air at 90°C, ensuring complete evaporation of the cleaning solution. After drying, the machine performs a final backpressure measurement. This measurement can also be performed before cleaning, allowing comparison of values before and after regeneration. The unit includes a printer for printing measurement reports.
The filter washing time for passenger cars or vans is 20-40 minutes, enabling regeneration of a dozen or more filters within an 8-hour shift. High efficiency combined with low operating costs guarantees fast return on investment.
