Well-maintained CO2 laser cutting system with travel distances x/y/z = 3260 x 1545 x 430 mm, max. working area 1525 x 3050 mm, with a third rotating axis—NC rotary table for processing tubes (hence z-axis 430 mm), gantry loader with vacuum lifter for loading new sheets and lifting unit for unloading finished sheets, as well as control cabinet with operating elements, thread tapping unit with tool magazine, rear-traversing safety hood, intelligent nozzle change magazine, Donaldson extraction system, chiller, further technical data available upon request.
The gantry loader uses the vacuum lifter to pick up new sheets, automatically picks up the cut sheet while moving, deposits the new sheet, proceeds to the drop-off table for the finished sheet, and places it there—see video 2.
The extraction system, chiller and transformer are mounted on the platform above the machine.
