The EDM32 wire EDM machine is a precision system for spark erosion machining of electrically conductive materials. It is perfectly suited for the production of tools, molds, and components with high demands on accuracy and surface quality.

The machine enables efficient cutting of complex contours for both single-part and series production. Thanks to its robust design and optimally coordinated operating parameters, the EDM32 ensures high productivity and process reliability.

The machine offers inclined machining up to ±6°, thus expanding its range of applications. The use of wire with a diameter from 0.12 to 0.25 mm allows for precise machining of demanding workpieces.

The machine achieves a surface finish of 1.6–2.5 Ra, thereby reducing the need for rework. High cutting performance and consistent wire speed ensure maximum efficiency.

The heavy-duty construction and a maximum table load of 400 kg allow for machining of heavy workpieces without loss of accuracy.
