The machine is primarily designed for the recycling of used cables (for separating copper or aluminium particles from plastic particles). However, thanks to its unique design, it is also suitable for the separation of different types of particles (e.g., electronic scrap, automotive and industrial radiator recycling, battery recycling, catalyst recycling, or the separation of any two particles with different specific gravities).

A new version with double-deck beds enables a high material throughput with an exceptionally high purity of recovered fractions (copper), almost completely eliminating copper loss. The machine is equally efficient in separating granulate obtained from grinding solid cables as well as granulate from so-called hair wire.

Unlike with dry separators, the plastic material contains no copper particles. Several companies have used this machine exclusively for screening the plastic recovered from cable recycling using dry separation, thus allowing them to extract additional copper from the plastic (up to 10%).

There are three standard sizes available, capable of recycling 350–1000 kg of input material per hour. On request, higher throughputs are also possible (the machine code corresponds to the table size).

The machine operates extremely quietly and with low noise levels, and does not require additional floor (foundation) anchoring. It can be easily integrated into your existing recycling plant. Alternatively, we can offer you a cable granulator and a conveyor belt for material feed from the granulator to the separator, or for discharge from the separator.
