The system is equipped as follows:

CombiCut gantry, twin drive
Oxy-fuel torch support, acetylene with cutting capacity up to 150mm
Piercing, fully automatic

Drilling with 10.3kW drill support
Double-sided hold-down device
Drilling up to 30mm diameter
Thread cutting up to M20
Countersinking according to drill diameter
Including calibration unit for the drilling tools

All tools and carriages on the gantry are powered.

Conversion to plasma (straight) is possible!

Tool changer mounted at the table entry for 6 tools, SK40 holders (not included)

Oxy-fuel cutting table 6000 x 2000mm, suitable for plates up to 150mm
Table is cleaned and immediately ready for operation (consisting of 2 elements)
Table is equipped with electronic flap control
Connection to standard extraction/filter systems possible – we can optionally offer this as well.

Externally located machine control with 24" monitor

The machine has been fully tested and inspected. All functions are present and operational.

The system includes an Asper (CAM software) license on the machine and can be connected to a network.
