The space-saving, pivotable vacuum press with a pressing area of 3,500 mm x 1,420 mm.

Technical basic equipment of the vacuum press:

Unless otherwise agreed, the vacuum press is powder-coated in RAL 7012 and RAL 7035. Special colors can be used by prior agreement and may incur additional costs.

Welded table construction for professional use, mounted pivotable on a trolley, standing on 4 swivel castors, surface load 150 kg. When not in use, the machine can be locked in a space-saving pivoted position, reducing its depth to 800 mm. The tabletop consists of a 22 mm thick laminated MDF board topped with a slotted vacuum distributor plate made of MDF over the pressing area.

The membrane frame opening is assisted by 2 gas pressure springs mounted on the sides of the machine. Equipped with a natural rubber membrane (thickness: 2 mm, elongation: 780%, temperature resistance: 70°C) with a quick-change clamping system. The perimeter sealing of the pressing chamber is provided by a sealing profile integrated in the membrane frame.

Oil-lubricated vacuum pump with 40 m³/h suction capacity and two vacuum tanks totaling 200 liters. Evacuation and ventilation of the press chamber is controlled by a 3-way ball valve at the front of the machine.

The machine is delivered pre-assembled on a pallet. Please note that unloading requires a forklift with sufficient lifting capacity and fork length.
