Single-Punch Tablet Press Model CPR1

The CPR 1 benchtop press is a single-punch machine designed for tablet production. The powder is filled into a hopper and guided through a stainless steel tube into the die cavity. The adjustable punch compresses the powder, and the finished tablet is then ejected from the machine. The machine operates with continuous motion via eccentric cams. It is equipped with a control panel featuring an integrated tablet counter. Up to 3,000 tablets can be produced per hour. The tablet press can be fitted with round, oblong, or oval dies and punches. Tool changes for punches can be performed quickly and easily. All parts in contact with powder are made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
