Electrical System: All lights in LED design, 24-volt electrical system consisting of: One 15-pole socket mounted in front of the kingpin on the chassis support, yellow side marker lights in the required number, position lights at the rear, clearance lights at the front, license plate lights at the rear, lights according to standard 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE, 2 multi-chamber lights at the rear at the level of the swivel plate mounted on aluminum consoles according to standard 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE. 2 swivel LED work lights on the upper left and right side of the tank, yellow warning light at the rear, mounted at the height of the hose pipes, 2 reversing lights in the underride protection, 2 reversing lights at the height of the supports (each can be switched off on the power console).

Tank Design: One horizontal tank made of aluminum alloy (AW5083 Peraluman 45 AlMg 4.5 Mn). One-chamber tank, with 35,000 liters volume. Tank warranty: 24 months from delivery. Kingpin 2" according to standard 94/20/CE.

Operating Parameters: Pressure vessel according to standard Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/CE. Wall thickness is approximately 5 mm. Test overpressure 3.0 bar – operating overpressure 2.0 bar, operating temperature -40° to +80°.

Filling Options: 3 manholes DN 450 with swivel and folding dome covers. The dome covers are sealed with 4 wing nuts each. Support for dome covers at the top for storage. Front rain flap closed, rear open.

Material Outlet:
2 material outlet cones with synthetic fabric as loosening insert. Individual discharge lines DN 100 made of steel, combined at the rear. 2 pinch valves DN 100 AKO in the lines, shut-off ball valve DN 100 with ring nozzle. Remote control for shut-off ball valve and Storz A coupling at the end of the discharge line.

Air Piping: One 2.5" stainless steel air collecting line mounted on the operating side RIGHT. The air line is routed to the front, to the end of the silo with check valve and connecting hose DN 65 for compressor with Storz-B coupling. The air collecting line has ball valves for upper air, additional air and loosening. Upper air 2" at the rear right, PRESSURE LINE INLET AT THE REAR RIGHT, external air connection Storz C on the air line pipe at the rear RIGHT, pneumatic connection with blow-off gun and spiral hose at the top on the walkway in the area of the ladder, 1 vibrator on top of the tank. Air line at the top in the middle of the walkway for cleaning with a gun. Air line at the bottom in the storage box for cleaning with a gun.

Ladder and Walkway:
1 aluminum ladder is mounted at the rear left of the vehicle. 1 pneumatic aluminum safety guardrail with locking system acting on the brake. 1 aluminum.
