OMEGA CONTAINERS has been active on the market since January 2017. We specialize in the complete production of office, social, residential, and technical containers. We provide professional service from planning and production through to transportation and assembly. OMEGA containers are built using a robust steel frame, which allows modules to be transported or moved by crane multiple times without risk of damage. It is possible to transport the container several times.
If required, we also produce containers with structural calculations (statics) and with the specified documentation and technical planning.

Our standard container dimensions are:
Length: 6058 mm
Width: 4876 mm
External height: 2850 mm
Internal height: 2500 mm
We also manufacture custom containers that are perfectly tailored to the customer’s requirements.

Steel Construction:
Made from open steel profiles with a thickness of 3 mm and reinforced with 5 mm thick steel plates.
The surface is coated with an epoxy primer and finished with polyurethane paint.
Color selection is based on the RAL color palette.

Roof:
A steel structure filled with sandwich panels containing 100 mm thick PUR polyurethane foam.
The roof is sealed with 1 mm thick galvanized sheet metal covering the entire surface.

Walls:

Made from sandwich panels with 100 mm PUR polyurethane foam insulation.
The external facade is sheet metal in silver, white, or graphite.
The internal facade is white sheet metal.

Flooring:
Made from tightly welded steel profiles.
Sealed with t-14 trapezoidal sheet metal.
Insulated with 100 mm compressed mineral wool.
25 mm OSB board as subfloor.
Finished with heavy-duty industrial PVC flooring and protective metal covers.

Fittings:
- 1 unit - 900 x 2000 mm metal door, in white or anthracite.
- 3 units - 1200 x 1200 mm tilt-and-turn windows
- 3 units - external roller shutters

Electrical Installation:
2x distribution boxes – differential circuit breakers + overcurrent protection
2x 32A 5P electrical inlets
2x 32A 5P external power sockets
4x LED lamps (2x36W)
6x double power sockets
2x electric heaters 2kW

Additional options:
-It is possible to equip the container with a toilet, shower, washbasin, including water connection, heating, etc.
