OPS Ingersoll GANTRY EAGLE 500 Generalüberholt

Completely Refurbished OPS Ingersoll Gantry 500 Eagle Die-Sinking EDM Machine – Excellent Technical and Visual Condition

This machine has been thoroughly and professionally refurbished in-house and is in excellent condition both technically and visually.

During the overhaul, more than 70% of the machine was disassembled. All relevant wear parts, including ball bearings and drive spindles, were carefully inspected and replaced as necessary. A complete geometric measurement, alignment, and additional verification using a laser measurement system were subsequently carried out.

The machine bed and entire base were thoroughly cleaned. All pumps were disassembled, cleaned, and overhauled. All hoses—including hydraulic and pneumatic lines—were completely replaced.

Furthermore, the entire machine was freshly repainted, presenting itself in a very well-maintained state visually as well.

The generator and control system were cleaned and technically checked. The generator’s climate control unit was also cleaned to ensure reliable cooling and stable operation.

Finally, the machine underwent extensive EDM testing in accordance with OPS Ingersoll's quality and inspection standards.

The machine is immediately ready for use and ideally suited for reliable production operations.
