It is important to consider the density of the material being suctioned when filling the tank, and to always ensure compliance with the permissible axle loads for the vehicle (i.e., permissible total weight). We accept no liability for vehicle overloading.

Manhole DN 450 (flap closure)
Hinged as a cleaning opening, located at the lowest point in the rear dished end, firmly
welded in with toggle bolts.

Tank level indicator, sludge chamber:
The fill level is read from a large, shielded sight glass DN 80, mounted front right behind the cab.
With Storz B-coupling cleaning ports at the top and bottom,
one manual shut-off valve in the lower pipeline,

Aluminum splash guard in front of the tube with scale markings.
Scale marking every 500 liters as hash marks on the mounted splash guard.

Discharge:

Discharge of the sludge chamber occurs via free outflow or by pressurizing the sludge
using the vacuum pump (VAK) from the towing vehicle.

SUCTION-PRESSURE INSTALLATION:

Pipes and Fittings:

All DN 80 dimensioned and tension-free mounted with hose couplings.

The following are provided for overfill protection:

A suction dome at the top of the tank with a PVC ball as an overfill prevention device.
Additionally:
Component-tested safety valve

Lower suction and discharge connection:
Welded at the lowest point of the manhole with external shut-off device, a
hand-operated quick-release DN 80 valve and Perrot-V coupling with
dust cap DN 80,
Vent ball valve 1/2" ca. 60° upwards, located between the DN 80 valve and Perrot coupling.

Overflow connection:
Perrot V-piece DN 80, mounted to front floor hatch

Trailer suction connection:
Perrot V-piece DN 80, mounted at the lowest front point of the front floor hatch

7. BODY EQUIPMENT

Splash apron: below the rear dished end of the tank, bolted, material: aluminum
Hose boxes: open, right and left on the superstructure with stakes, as wide and long as possible,
large drainage holes with transparent hoses in the floor.
With lashing straps and lashing strap brackets.
