MAIN STANDARD
Our spray booths are designed to meet all essential requirements for paint application, including air filtration, extraction, lighting, and a controlled environment. The processes within the booth are managed by a PLC system, ensuring that preset values are consistently maintained.
OPERATING PRINCIPLES OF THE BOOTH
The processes in the booth are managed via a control panel, which governs the following steps:
PAINTING PROCESS
During painting, 100% fresh air is drawn in from outside and passes through front filters before entering the plenum at ambient temperature. Subsequently, the air is expelled through the extraction unit. Floor filters (paint stop) capture paint particles, and the air passes through the final exhaust filters before being discharged.
FLASH-OFF PROCESS
After painting, the booth continues to run for approximately 15 minutes to vent out residual solvents and thinners. During this phase, fresh air from outside circulates through the booth.
DRYING PROCESS
In this stage, 80% of the air flowing through the booth is heated to 60°C and delivered into the booth via a distributor. As 20% of the solvents are released during drying, these are expelled with the exhaust air. Industrial coatings are typically cured at 60°C, but the booth temperature can be adjusted as required via the control panel.
COOLING PROCESS
After the 30-minute drying period, the coil is deactivated through the control panel, the pneumatic damper closes, and the extraction system restarts. During a 5-minute cooling phase, fresh outside air circulates within the booth; after this, the system automatically shuts down.
ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
These control panels manage the functions and operation of all machines and devices installed in the booth. The control panel is made of durable galvanized sheet metal and steel profiles, and is fully enclosed for dust and moisture protection.
Electrical Devices and Control Panel:
• The control panel houses necessary components such as circuit breakers, fuses, signal lamps, thermal relays, contactors, and connectors.
• Heat-resistant cables are used for command and control connections between the panel and motors or other electrical equipment.
• Electrical wiring is designed to enable booth relocation if required.
• Equipment operates on 380 V 50 Hz, while control devices use 220 V.
• The booth's operating hours can be monitored on the electronic control panel for easy maintenance tracking.

• Heat and timer settings for paint flashing, intermediate drying, and full drying can be easily set to the required values via the digital display on the electronic control panel.
• Users can monitor and adjust drying time using the heating thermostat and the time relay.
