Condition of the baler:
The machine has undergone partial refurbishment and general maintenance in our workshop. After completion of the overhaul, the baler was tested in operation and is available for short-term sale.

The following refurbishment works were performed:
General works:
– Machine cleaned, derusted, primed, and partially painted
– Wire entry marks in the press channel guides welded and smoothed

Hydraulic unit:
– Hydraulic oil tank completely drained, tank cleaned, new oil filled
– Oil filter and air filter replaced
– Leaking oil sight glass on hydraulic oil tank replaced
– All hydraulic hoses replaced

Electrical system:
– Language changed to English in the program menu
– Two key switches on the operator panel replaced
– Control cabinet replaced
– Signal lamp on control cabinet replaced
– Flap limit switch replaced
– Electrical components of the agitator renewed, connected, and tested

Press ram:
– All four press ram rollers removed and replaced
– Main hydraulic cylinder dismantled, overhauled: cylinder tube honed, full seal kit replaced, leakage test performed
– All plastic wear pads on the press ram replaced

Pre-press flap:
– Both bearings on the pre-press shaft replaced
– Both hydraulic cylinders dismantled, overhauled: cylinder tubes honed, full seal kits replaced, leakage tests performed
– Scraper flap on the pre-press replaced

Tying system:
– Two complete needles with wire deflection rollers replaced
– Needles adjusted and set
– All wire deflection rollers in the needle heads replaced
– Twister finger replaced
– Two twister shafts replaced
– All eight wear plates on the twister unit, below the twister fingers, replaced

Scope of delivery:
Only the baler itself is for sale.

Documentation (operating manual, CE declaration, electrical/hydraulic diagrams) is complete. Inspection available by appointment. We assume no liability for technical details or possible errors.
