Fully automatic saw-punching machine for aluminum and plastic profiles

The Profilma 502 ST-V combines precise sawing and punching in one continuous, automated operation. Based on the proven Profilma 502 model, this machine is ideal for high-volume production, complex machining tasks, and bundle processing.

The system is controlled via a Siemens S7 control with touch display, piece counter, cycle time display, and integrated fault diagnosis. An IXON router enables secure remote access via VPN. Up to 10 punching dimensions can be programmed per job.

- 500–550 mm saw blades
- Saw drive: 7.5 kW, S6, 400 V, 50 Hz, 2,850 rpm
- Infinitely variable speed control
- Saw cut from below, motorized feed
- Material feed: 3–800 mm, reversible up to 4,000 mm
- Ball screw spindle with servo drive and round shaft guidance
- Residual piece: from 75 mm (sawing mode), from 80 mm (punching/sawing mode)*

Punching Unit:

- Vertical hydraulic punching unit (output side) with automatic oil cooling
- Punching force: 300 kN
- Stroke: 20 mm
- Double-stroke cycle time: 2 - 3 seconds
- Punching scrap ejection into the frame
- Conveyor belt 250 × 800 mm for part removal

Equipment:

- 2 pneumatic clamping cylinders (vertical, pressure-reduced)
- 3 chip extraction sockets Ø 100 mm, floating contact for extraction control
- Minimum quantity lubrication unit with 2× 3-liter tank and fill level indicator
