The Q-FIN TOPGRINDER is a semi-automatic, universal metal surface finishing machine, boasting a robust and ergonomic design. With the appropriate tooling, this machine can be used for deburring, surface grinding, edge rounding, slag removal, oxide layer removal, and/or polishing of products.

The TOPGRINDER uses a vacuum clamping system integrated into the machine's worktable for secure fixation of parts.

The TOPGRINDER features two tool stations, allowing for the installation of different tool types. Various grinding tools can be mounted, from standard M14 tools to QUICK RELEASE disc brushes. The grinding pressure can be adjusted using the balancing lever. The working table measures 1280 x 780 mm. The length of workpieces is not limited, as the side plates of the table can be easily lowered to accommodate longer products. The front panel of the table can also be opened for processing wider components.

The Q-FIN TOPGRINDER offers not only increased comfort and productivity but also enhanced safety. The machine is equipped with a dual-button safety system; operation is only possible when both operator's hands are off the worktable.
