The used QUASER MV 184 E 3-axis vertical machining center is a medium-sized, numerically controlled vertical center with a cast iron frame and roller guides for table movement. Travels: X 1020, Y 610, Z 610 mm; table size 1200×600 mm with a maximum load capacity of 500 kg.

Spindle: ISO-40 (DIN 69871) at 12,000 rpm (max 18 kW), cooled by a dedicated chiller, high-pressure coolant through the spindle, RANDOM-type tool changer with 30-position swap arm, and belt-type chip conveyor.

Year of manufacture: June 2010 (commissioned in 2012), equipped with FANUC 0i-MD CNC, color LCD, Manual Guide i, remote handwheel, RS 232 serial port and memory card slot.
