- Electric sensing of clamping jaws (tool removal control to prevent unintended retraction of the bridge)
- Coolant swing system with solenoid valve linked to swinging motion (for activating coolant before broaching stroke is triggered – visual check of lubricant flow, no dry cuts!)
- Routing of electrical cables in steel protective conduits
- Heavy-duty control cabinet mounting for accommodating machine components
- Additional oil-tight drip tray on top of control cabinet
- 3-sided splash guard enclosure (w=960 x d=450 x h=590mm)
- Reinforced chip screen with magnetic filter
- Control panel made of stainless steel sheet with permanent markings
- 4 centralized lubrication points for trapezoidal spindle drive

Comments:
The machine has been completely overhauled; the machine body is fully refurbished. All wear parts have been replaced.
- New trapezoidal spindles and spindle nuts made from cast, wear-resistant bronze
- All bearings and seals have been renewed
- The coolant system (pump, solenoid valve and drain valve), including coolant/lubricant swing system, is new
- The clamping jaws are new
- Complete electrical system (control cabinet) is new
- All sheet metal and covers are new
- The following components have been overhauled and reused:
- Machine base
- Machine column
- Machine table with table insert
- Pulling bridge (clamping jaws are new)
- Gear wheels
- Electric motor (new brake, new bearings)
