Reinbold RB 20 SV used briquetting press. This industrial press is used for producing briquettes from various materials. It was used for only one season and taken out of operation due to being undersized, and subsequently replaced with a higher capacity unit.

Description:
The RB 20 SV hydraulic press is a next-generation professional machine designed for compacting small wood waste (sawdust, shavings, wood chips).

Standard equipment includes:

- Complete hydraulic unit – includes 100 L of hydraulic oil
- Hydraulic motor: 4 kW
- Agitator motor (from sawdust hopper): 0.5 kW
- Screw conveyor channel – screw conveyor drive motor: 0.6 kW
- Control panel with Siemens PLC electronic controller
- Control panel with automatic and/or manual operation modes

- Hydraulic oil is included in the price (machine is delivered with a full oil tank)

Sawdust moisture content must be below 18%.

Output: 20-40 kg/h (depending on material)

Briquette diameter: 40 mm. The machine produces cylindrical briquettes.
