System Description

The system and piping are made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring a long service life of the machine.

The machine is a dual-lane chain conveyor tunnel washer. The unique modular design allows for extension of existing installations at any time, ensuring the system does not become undersized and can be expanded as the operation or requirements grow.

Hot water heating: Heat exchanger in wash tanks for heating circuit. Recommended supply temperature: 90°C
Spray pipes: Screw-connected
Oil separator: Three-phase separator with pneumatic diaphragm pump and pre-filter on all tanks.
Wash part counter on both lanes.

The system control panel is installed next to the machine.
The control cabinet contains all necessary components for operation and monitoring of the entire system.
Equipment layout and wiring comply with current VDE regulations.

The electrical supply cable to the control cabinet must have a minimum of 2 m extra length.
Emergency stop switches are installed in the loading/unloading area.

Hot water supply at approx. 90°C is required for heating the wash tanks.
