The REMS Unimat 75 thread cutting machine is a high-performance machine for efficient cutting of bolt and pipe threads.
Operating principle: stationary workpiece – rotating head. Manual, self-centering vice, pole-reversible motor, automatic lubrication and cooling, robust planetary gear drive, right and left rotation, thread cutting head for Strehler cutting dies. According to the previous owner, the Strehler dies can be reground. Electrically interlocked safety cover. Included: a 2 x 1 m drip tray, which is placed under the machine, with 2 grating inserts. Year of manufacture is estimated.
The machine was overhauled by REMS around 2015 and was then hardly used, as external threads were manufactured on other machines. Since then, the machine has been in storage and is now being sold. Note: current new price is €26,000.
This is a used machine, therefore we sell under exclusion of any warranty.
