A complete Respecta epoxy resin dosing and casting system is available. 1) Big-bag station for supplying fillers, maximum particle size: 0.7mm, maximum bulk density: 0.5g/cm³. 2) Two IBC connections for liquid components A and B, equipped with diaphragm pumps. 3) Two buffer tanks for components A and B, volume: approx. 230L each. Includes level sensors and automatic IBC refilling. 4) Volumetric dosing to the mixing screw with flow meter and pressure monitoring. 5) Degassing unit. 6) Continuous epoxy resin flow heater with process monitoring of resin and hardener temperatures, viscosity range: approx. 350-450mPas, max. epoxy resin temperature: 20°C. 7) Semi-automatic flushing and cleaning unit for the casting unit, volume: approx. 50L. Overall system control: Siemens Simatic S7, auxiliary controls: control cabinets/frequency converters/industrial PC, total casting capacity: approx. 30L/min. The system allows for mechanical preparation to retrofit up to 3 additional filler dosing systems. It is recommended to replace the piping and diaphragm pumps before commissioning. Documentation available. An on-site inspection is possible.
