UDSA Gas Warm Air Heater – efficient right up to the top

The most renowned unit from REZNOR is the UDSA gas warm air heater, designed to provide uniform air distribution in industrial halls. This easy-to-install recirculation unit is available in 14 output sizes ranging from 7 to 97 kW, and consists of a heat exchanger, gas burner, and an exhaust fan. Combustion air can be drawn either from outside (standard) or from the installation area.

The UDSA Warm Air Heater from REZNOR ensures an even distribution of warm air in the heated space. Its patented heat exchanger sets new standards in terms of flow dynamics and heat transfer, delivering an efficiency of over 92%.

With this generation of units, halls can be heated in an especially economical manner directly – that is, without a central heating system – using decentralised, modulating gas warm air heaters.

These units are direct-fired gas warm air heaters (WLE) equipped with fan-assisted atmospheric multi-gas burners. Installation and connection to gas and flue sides must be performed exclusively by an authorised installation company.

The gas WLE units are suitable for:
- Natural gas or LPG operation
- Recirculation air operation
- Inlet air temperatures below 5°C with stainless steel heat exchanger*
- Single-stage or two-stage* heating control via room thermostat and heating switch
- Ventilation control via ECOtronic TN-L° with day-night-week programme
- Flue gas discharge through the roof (versions B or C)
