When highly diverse products or components with equally varied temperature profiles need to be processed independently of each other in the smallest possible space, drawer ovens represent the smartest ergonomic solution.

Frame:
The base structure consists of an unalloyed steel girder construction, onto which the outer cladding made of unalloyed steel, painted in RAL 1013 (pearl white), is attached.
The oven interior housing is made of aluminized steel sheet.
The insulation between the two oven housings (inner/outer housing) is provided by 120 mm of rock wool.

Floor:
Like the oven walls, with 120 mm thick thermal insulation.

Distance from factory floor to first drawer: 800 mm, adjustable by +/-100 mm using the oven feet.

Openings:
3 drawers, each 250 mm high, for a usable loading height of 120 mm.

Maintenance doors:
Double-leaf maintenance door on the rear of the oven.
Secured with screws.
This door allows complete access to the oven interior.

Part handling:
Part handling is ensured by 3 vertically arranged drawers.
Distance between each drawer: 250 mm.
Usable height per drawer: 170 mm, with almost 10 mm additional margin.
The drawers have smooth surfaces and are fitted with a closure piece at the bottom to reduce heat loss during opening.
Each drawer has a usable load capacity of 120 kg, evenly distributed across the surface.
Peak loads up to 240 kg can be supported.
The drawer seals are made of silicone.
The locking mechanisms for each drawer are controlled by electromagnets and managed by a Siemens system.
Minimum preheating time is regulated via an individual timer per drawer (located in the control cabinet).
Maximum preheating time is also managed by a separate timer per drawer (in the control cabinet).
A temperature display is provided for each drawer.
These displays are located on the front of the oven, to the left of the drawers.
