Frame:
The main structure consists of a non-alloyed steel beam frame, with the external cladding also made of non-alloyed steel painted in RAL 1013 (pearl white).
The oven’s inner housing is made from aluminized steel sheet.
Insulation between the two housings (inner/outer shell) is provided by 120 mm rock wool.

Base:
Like the oven walls, fitted with 120 mm thick thermal insulation.
Height (from factory floor to first drawer): 800 mm, adjustable +/-100 mm via oven feet.

Drawers/Access:
3 drawers, height 250 mm, for a usable load height of 120 mm per drawer.

Maintenance Doors:
Double-wing maintenance door at the rear of the oven.

Each drawer is equipped with an independent temperature display.
Displays are positioned on the front of the oven, to the left of the drawers.
