The Schlatter MG900 is a high-performance, overhauled resistance welding line specifically designed for the production of wire mesh panels. Capable of processing wire diameters up to 12 mm, the machine offers a maximum working width of 1250 mm and a length of up to 3000 mm. The system has undergone comprehensive modernization to ensure maximum efficiency and production flexibility.

Longitudinal Wire Feeder (LV)
- Retrofitted with a high-precision servo axis.
- Magazine hoppers for longitudinal wires up to 3000 mm.
MG12.4 Mesh Welding Machine
- Equipped with 6 transformers.
- Four (4) Schlatter welding presses, 5 kN each
- Machine expanded to 12 welding presses

Cross Wire Feeder QFD34
- Supports double-wire feeding for two different longitudinal wires.
Bedpfx Aloy D Huiemslg
- Note: The pictures show the second feeder level not yet installed.

Mesh Pull-Out MVL
- Controlled by an MS2N servo motor with CtrlX system from Bosch Rexroth.
- Fitted with three Schlatter mesh grippers (expandable on request)

Mesh Stacker MS
- Automatic stacking of welded mesh panels (travel distance 3100 mm)

Control and Power Cabinet
- Siemens S7 TIA machine control system.
- Rexroth CtrlX components for high-dynamic motion control.

Longitudinal Wire Loader (LFE)
- Not included, but available on request.
