kaitec Smart – PROFESSIONAL CUTTING TECHNOLOGY FOR PROFESSIONALS

The highly efficient plasma process enables optimal cutting of material thicknesses up to 25 mm. Automatic initial height detection, automatic arc control, and intelligent collision protection ensure maximum quality with the highest repeat accuracy. The automatic program sequence and long service life of consumables actively help to significantly reduce cutting costs. The oxy-fuel cutting process also impresses with its simple operation and functionality. Thanks to the automatic piercing function, preheating times and the activation of cutting oxygen are CNC-controlled. Sheets up to 80 mm thick can thus be cut very economically. The oxy-fuel system is available for acetylene or propane and is equipped with automatic height control.

kaitec Smart – WATER TABLE SYSTEM

The foundation of the flatbed design is a rugged water table. The longitudinal guidance system is precisely mounted on machined surfaces. The robust cutting grate features offset, serrated support slats, providing an optimal base for sheets and reducing slag formation on parts as well as excessive wear on the slats, saving real money during post-processing and maintenance. The tank depth is precisely dimensioned for optimal slag collection and cooling, making cleaning easy and effectively capturing dust generated during cutting.
