Scholz OHT Anlage (Autoklav)

Complete Scholz OHT system with quick-lock

The system consists of:
- the OHT autoclave with quick-lock
- the preheater mounted above
- condensers 1 and 2
- the heat exchanger
- the transfer pump
- the control cabinet
- the connecting pipeline with fittings

The vessel consists of a pressure- and vacuum-resistant shell with welded-on flanges and sockets. Rails made of L-profiles installed in the base area of the vessel allow loading with transfer trolleys. A suction profile is integrated into the base of the vessel to retain coarse debris inside the vessel, preventing it from entering the preheater.

The OHT autoclave system is equipped with a SCHOLZ quick-lock. The quick-lock is operated as follows:

- Safety device, manual
- Lid rotation mechanism, hydraulic
- Door hinge, hydraulic

Technical data sheets for the individual components are attached. The system is not in operation and can therefore be inspected thoroughly and at your leisure.
