Description:
This line processes sheet metal from coils up to a maximum width of 1500 mm. The coil scale continuously handles 11 tons of material—cross, longitudinal, and angled cutting. Longitudinal strips can be divided into 4 sections using slitters. The line is equipped with a straightening unit featuring a 5-roll straightening machine, followed by slitters, angle shears, a conveyor belt, and a stacking unit with integrated scale.

The entire system is designed for cutting sheet metal from coils into various blanks and panels. The complete sub-system is mounted on a common frame with approximate dimensions of 5 x 15 m. It is low-maintenance, energy-efficient, and in excellent condition. The line is connected and can be tested and demonstrated.
