Heating Platens:
Electrically heated, aluminum sandwich platens by ELKOM – Germany
Continuously adjustable up to max. 120°C, option for up to 150°C on request
Thermal insulation to the press frame.
Platens are mounted with special holders on the press to allow necessary thermal expansion.

Hydraulics:
Compact, frame-integrated hydraulic pump by HAWE, Germany.
2-stage design for closing and pressure buildup phases.
Hydraulic cylinders made of high-grade, induction-hardened and ground steel, large diameter.

Frame Construction:
Heavy-duty, torsion-resistant, stress-relieved welded steel construction.
Presses of the GS series can be loaded from all four sides.
Press tables are welded from HEA-profiles.
Precision machining of assemblies on state-of-the-art CNC processing centers.
Uniform and precise movement of the press table is ensured via rack-and-pinion and self-lubricating slide guides at two corners of the press frame.
