SHENGONG MJY-MJF

Production processing line MJY-MJF from Chinese manufacturer China SHENGONG. The equipment was commissioned in 11/2022 and is designed for processing round timber with a maximum diameter of 340 mm and a length of 5 m. The technology consists of:
- 5-meter log infeed cascade with dosing and centering
- Infeed conveyor to the machine
- Double-shaft cant saw MJY 142S-35
- Outfeed press rollers
- Sorting outfeed conveyor for cant and side boards
- Conveyor for side timber
- Conveyor for cant + side discharge + flipping
- Conveyor for cant to the multi-blade rip saw
- Centering before the multi-blade rip saw
- Double-shaft multi-blade rip saw MJF 143-1535
- Timber conveyor after the saw
- Side chain conveyors + timber conveyor
- Edging saw MJ 141-0440 + 5x laser for saw blade positioning
- Roller conveyor before and after the edging saw
