1. General Description
The drawing oil preparation unit is designed for the optimal pre-treatment of raw, undrawn tubes prior to the drawing process. A large-volume drawing oil bath ensures homogeneous wetting of the tube surfaces. This guarantees uniform lubrication, reduces friction during drawing, improves tube surface quality, and extends tool life.

• Prevention of water pockets: Precision water dosing; compressed air injection as needed
