SOEST Oberflächenlinie neuwertig RCR-400-L Reserve & VP-400-1B-2P-2B

SOEST Universal Surface Treatment Line for oiling, staining, lye treatment, patination, etc.
Primarily designed for parquet surfaces up to 40 cm workpiece width.

1) RCR-400-L Reverse Roller Coating Machine, for applying and removing surface products such as oils, stains, lacquers, etc.
2) VP-400-1B-2P-2B Spreader Machine with one brush, two pad discs, and two additional brushes, for distributing and working surface media into pores, patinating, as well as for removing, spreading, and distributing depending on the desired surface effects.
3) Accessories: two spare application rollers, new unused material pump, four spare brushes, various spreader pads, and a pneumatic brush cleaning machine.

This complete surface treatment line is built for professional industrial use and is configured with the highest level of equipment. Also included is a wide range of accessories such as additional rollers and cleaning machines (see pictures!).
Very robust construction, all motors frequency-controlled (Siemens), infinitely adjustable speeds in both synchronized and counter rotation. Maximum workpiece width approx. 410 mm.

The line is in excellent condition, having been used very little (only approx. 180 operating hours) and is therefore considered as new. This surface treatment machine was used only as an auxiliary line in a parquet production facility and was utilized exclusively for specific surface techniques, hence the low number of operating hours. The line was in use only sporadically from 2019 to 2022.

In 2023, our company downsized and the machine has been stored ever since; it is immediately available and is thus in nearly new condition!
