Brake System
According to E.G. standard, dual-line braking system, EBS E-system Wabco with RSS (Roll Stability Support), spring-loaded brake system acting on two axles with control at the rear, aluminum air tank system, premium modulator.

Electrical System
According to STVZO guidelines with 2 LED five-chamber lights, Aspöck Europoint LED type, integrated in the aluminum rear, 24-volt system with 1 x 5-pin and 2 x 7-pin sockets, with side marker lights in LED version, 2 separate LED work lights at the rear, 2 LED work lights at the height of the first landing gear, 1 LED work light inside front left, operable from outside.

Body/Tipper “Fully welded interior construction”
Front wall load 17,250 dN, rear and side walls 10,250/13,400 dN; aluminum tipper body, 30 mm thick ALU plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, fully welded with lower and upper flange, plank profiles fully welded on the inside. Floor designed as a moving floor system on 140 mm ALU crossbeams, floor load approx. 7 t/m², crossbeams closely spaced (approx. 350 mm), aluminum front wall with 600 mm plank profile, 2-3 mm thick, in straight execution, special ALU corner profiles beveled, smooth rear wall in straight execution with two ALU swing doors 50/30 mm thick with 4 rotary bolt locks, welded in ALU rear frame, mounted in Teflon and stainless steel bearings. Movable ALU wall suspended in reinforced upper flange with "Kevlar tarpaulin for complete emptying," side brush seal, and additional kevlar side tarpaulin. Integrated discharge funnel with folding cover plate at the floor closure, operable from outside at the left rear. Viewing window rear left, 1 sampling slider each in the rear doors (total 2), service door front left.

Hydraulic System "Cargo Floor moving floor system in the floor with hydraulically operated ALU profiles on aluminum square profiles with approx. 670 PE-HD sliders supported, floor thickness approx. 6 mm. Hydraulics with approx. 200 mm stroke, fixed portions at front wall, separate connection option for hydraulic line beneath vehicle with fixed halves, line size NW 21, fixed halves of to-be-specified size and design. Operating pressure 190, max 240 bar. Aluminum end pieces welded into the floor. Electric operation at rear left, with cable operation in a lockable, waterproof box.
