Stegherr KSF 2/4 – The modern, practical machine concept for efficient crossbar production.

Decades of expertise and a well-established, field-proven machine—successfully in operation a thousand times—guarantee precision at an optimal price-performance ratio. Special emphasis is placed on easy operation and flexibility of the machine.

KSF 2/4 Expansion Level:
Milling units A1, A2, A3 as in KSF 2, plus milling unit A4 for machining the counterpart without flipping—splinter-free finish on the visible face.

Digital stop (sliding carriage, reliable and quick readability in 0.1 mm increments).

Foot switch

Machine supplied with tools shown in the pictures, plus 2 additional profile cutters (see pictures). For more accessories, refer to images.

Compressed air: p = 6 bar

The following work was carried out on the machine:
- Maintenance unit replaced
- Pneumatic hoses replaced
- Plexiglas hood replaced and gas pressure spring for hood open/close replaced
- Function test performed
