The cross mullion milling machine KSF-2/4 is used successfully worldwide. Our customers value the precision, robustness, and versatility of this proven machine. The cross grooves for the mullions are milled in a single operation by the upper and lower milling units; the shoulder cut is performed by a third milling unit. After placing the workpiece, it is automatically clamped at the press of a button, the cross mullion is milled, and the workpiece can be processed by an additional front grooving unit (the fourth unit). This allows pre-profiled mullions to be produced with completely tear-free surfaces on the visible side. The high fitting accuracy of all cross mullions produced with our KSF-2/4 cross mullion milling machine is thus guaranteed.
