With the KSF-mini, all common crossbar joints encountered in practice can be produced quickly and precisely. High-precision results are achieved because the workpiece is machined on three sides in a single clamping process.

Tool drive is powered by two three-phase motors; workpiece clamping is pneumatic. The profile cutter is designed for the web width. The saw blades used for notching can be set to the dimensions of the profile cutter by means of spacer rings. The swiveling device is backlash-free. The machine is designed for a maximum workpiece cross-section of 56 x 46 mm.

Voltage Europe: 400V (+/-10%)/3Ph/50Hz , USA: 440V (+/-10%)/3Ph/60Hz. Other voltages on request.
