With the KSF-mini, all common cross bar joints encountered in practice can be produced quickly and with precise fit. The high precision is achieved by machining the workpiece on three sides in a single clamping operation.

Tool drive is provided by two three-phase motors; clamping of the workpieces is pneumatic.

The profile cutter is adapted to the width of the bar. The saw blades used for notching can be adjusted to the dimensions of the profile cutter by means of spacer rings. The tilting mechanism is backlash-free.

The machine is designed for a maximum workpiece cross-section of 56 x 46 mm.

Voltage Europe: 400V (+/-10%)/3Ph/50Hz, USA: 440V (+/-10%)/3Ph/60Hz. Other voltages on request.
