The shredder breaks down large, bulky pieces of polystyrene and EPS, as well as similar materials with a maximum bulk density of 30 kg/m³, into small pieces. The shredder reduces the volume by approximately 65% in the process.

This makes the machine ideally suited for use in industrial and craft businesses, as well as for wholesalers and retailers dealing with polystyrene packaging materials.

Throughput capacity:
Screen 12 mm: approx. 3 m³/h
Screen 20 mm: approx. 8 m³/h
Screen 30 mm: approx. 13 m³/h
Screen 40 mm: approx. 18 m³/h
Screen 50 mm: approx. 23 m³/h

Depending on the screen set used, simply shredding your polystyrene waste alone achieves a volume reduction of 3:1. Custom-made solutions are available upon request.
