The dynamic depaneling machine LOW 4322 is specifically designed for medium to high production volumes and meets the growing demands of modern manufacturing processes. PCB panels of various materials are separated using dust- and stress-minimized sawing and milling techniques, ensuring maximum product flexibility, precision, and throughput. Highly dynamic linear motor axes, tools, and grippers meet the highest quality standards and guarantee exceptional durability and reliability.

Semi-automatic depaneling – Customized solutions
The LOW 4322 depaneling machine enables rapid product changes while maintaining short separating and handling times. Panel loading is carried out via a parallel shuttle; positioning and fixing are achieved using pin-clamping technology, optionally combined with vacuum suction cups when required.

This machine is equipped with:
• A shaft- and disc-tool cutting module on the Z-axis (automatically rotatable 0–90°)
• X-Y cross-feed module utilizing linear motor technology with high-resolution measurement system
• Dual loading module configured as a parallel shuttle, separated left and right with sliding doors
• Aluminum profile frame with two maintenance doors (left and right)
• Standard vision system basic module for teach-in programming (camera field: 400 x 330 mm)
• Working area: 420 x 330 mm
• Automatic router length processing (only in combination with shaft separator module)
• Remote maintenance/support via remote access (TeamViewer) or customer-provided connection
• Touch IPC with Windows operating system
• Laser axis measurement including protocol
• Air ionization
• Router breakage detection (shaft routers only)
• Prepared for vacuum clamping technology

An optional dust extraction unit can be retrofitted.
