Tacchella Proflex 2 LR-B

High-precision CNC external and internal cylindrical grinding machine of the Tacchella Proflex series – suitable for machining shafts, bearings, spindles, and polygonal/non-round workpieces in small to large batch production. The machine is delivered together with the Promot Automation EPL automation system.

Workpieces with diameters up to approx. Ø 400 mm (depending on configuration) and center height up to approx. 305 mm can be processed.

Typical grinding lengths range from approx. 400 to 1,600 mm between centers.

Multi-wheel configuration possible (2-4 grinding wheels), optionally with conventional grinding wheels (e.g. Ø 610 / 760 mm) or CBN high-speed grinding wheels (Ø 400/500 mm) for demanding applications.

Monolithic machine bed made of stabilized cast iron with coolant channels for thermal stability and vibration damping.
