We offer a complete industrial line for the pre-planing of wooden elements, manufactured in 2021 by TECH TOM (Poland).

The line is designed as an integrated production system enabling efficient and continuous processing of wooden components, including quality sorting and processing to thickness and width specifications.

The technological layout covers the full process:
• Material loading from pallets
• Double-spindle pre-planing
• Four-side planing
• Automatic element turning
• Quality sorting
• Cross-cutting and length cutting
• Stacking and storage on Euro pallets

The line is equipped with an extensive system of conveyors, scissor lifts, and sorting stations, ensuring high work ergonomics and a smooth production process.

Thanks to spiked chain drives guiding the wooden elements, the system ensures stable material feed and repeatability of machining parameters.

Additional advantages include:
• One spare four-side planer
• One spare chain conveyor
• Gravity roller conveyor magazine for Euro pallets, 170 m length
• Extended loading ramp (6 rows × 12 m)

The line includes:

• 5 belt conveyors with horizontal magazine, 800 mm length
• 5 STG-4 double-spindle planers (top/bottom), chain-driven with spiked chain for wooden elements
• 6 STG-4 four-side planers (1 spare unit). Four-side spindle (top, bottom, right, left). Feed and guidance of the wooden element via spiked chain
• 6 chain conveyors with magazine (1 spare unit) for processing wooden components (width and thickness processing)
• 5 conveyors between planers for automatic top/bottom element turning
• Receiving belt conveyor, 25 m long, taking out wooden elements from the planers, with a sorting table for graded elements. The table is equipped with a linear laser for center-alignment of wooden parts.

• 10 workstations for sorting wooden elements by grade, defects, as well as for thin, side, and cross-processing
• 11 auxiliary sorting tables for wooden components
• 22 scissor lifts for Euro pallets (1300 × 900 mm)
• 5 scissor lifts at STG-4 double-spindle planers (1800 × 1600 mm)
• 2 crosscut saws with traversing rail trolleys for end-cutting and sizing of wooden components
• Loading ramp – pallets with wooden parts for planing, 6 rows with gravity rollers, 12 m each, 1800 mm wide
• Roller conveyor magazine for Euro pallets – 170 m long, 900 mm wide

The offered equipment/machine is sold on EXW terms (PL – 38-120 Czudec) according to Incoterms 2020.
