A) Composition of the Pre-Planing Line

• Heavy-duty roller conveyors up to 12,000 mm x 1,800 mm for transportation and storage of pallets with dry wooden elements prepared for pre-planing.

• Scissor lifts with 1,200 kg lifting capacity, platform dimensions 1,800 mm x 1,600 mm, used to raise pallets with wooden elements for operator convenience during loading of the moulder magazine.

• Belt feeders with horizontal magazine conveyor, 800 mm long, quantity: 5 pcs. The magazine can be loaded with elements of max width 110 mm, max length 600 mm, max thickness 100 mm.

• Moulder STG-2, five 2-spindle units: spindles (top/bottom), infeed and guiding of wooden elements on toothed chain conveyor.

• Moulder STG-4, six 4-spindle units (1 spare): four-sided spindles (top/bottom/right/left), infeed and guiding of wooden elements on a toothed chain conveyor.

• Intermediate conveyors between moulders for automatic receiving of elements from the first moulder, automatic top/bottom inversion and automatic loading of elements into the four-spindle moulder – 5 pcs.

• Chain conveyors with magazine, 6 pcs (1 spare), used for reworking wooden elements (resizing in thickness and width). These conveyors are mounted at the front of the STG-4 moulder.

• Belt outfeed conveyor, 25 m long, for receiving wooden elements from the moulders, equipped with a desk-type sorting table for classifying sorted elements. Stainless steel table, 520 mm wide, 13,500 mm long, fitted with a linear laser for central alignment of elements.

• 10 workstations for sorting wooden elements by class and defects, as well as for processing thin, side, and end offcuts.

• Auxiliary tables for placing offcuts and sorted elements: 11 pcs, 1,500 mm x 400 mm.

• Scissor lifts for Euro pallets 1,300 mm x 900 mm, 22 pcs, lifting capacity 600 kg.

• Scissor lifts near the STG-4 two-spindle moulders, 1,800 mm x 1,600 mm, 5 pcs, lifting capacity 1,200 kg.

• Circular saws with rail-guided carriage for cross-cutting and end trimming of wooden elements: 2 pcs.

• Loading ramp for pallets with wooden elements ready for planing: 6 lines, each with 12 linear meters of roller conveyor, width 1,800 mm.

• Roller conveyor storage for Euro pallets: 170 linear meters, width 900 mm.
