Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 - NEW MACHINE:

The main application area is in the production of keyways from 3-28 mm (and beyond), as well as profiles of similar dimensions. The compact and space-saving machine can be successfully used in small, medium, and large workshops. The low price justifies the investment even for small series and single-piece production.

The drive is powered by a pole-changing gear brake motor. The maintenance-free dual lead screw drive ensures smooth operation, centralized pull, and constant cutting performance. The free tool table allows large workpieces to be placed easily. In most cases, the workpieces do not need to be firmly clamped. Stroke adjustment is achieved by adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, multiple workpieces can be stacked.
