Vapormatt PUMA

The Vapormatt PUMA is a high-quality and highly versatile manual wet blasting cabinet from Vapormatt, the leading company in the wet blasting sector and the inventor of this technology back in the 1950s. With more than 70 years of continuous development in wet blasting, the result is an ergonomically optimized and efficient unit: the Vapormatt PUMA. A removable basket allows for the processing of small series parts, while a clamping fixture provides easy handling of rims or wheels. Large workpieces weighing up to 125 kg can also be placed on the robust stainless steel grate. An optional stainless steel rotary table makes handling even easier.
The integrated recirculation system featuring a cascade tank, filter unit, and return pump ensures economical use of both water and consumables.

Due to the presence of water as the carrier medium in wet blasting, a gentler and more uniform processing can be achieved compared to methods such as sandblasting. This technology allows you to obtain smooth and consistent surface finishes on your parts.
