Unused, freestanding dryer for pallets and timber. Delivered to our yard in Łódź but never installed. The main photo is a visualization of the dryer when fully assembled.

The dryer needs to be equipped with a control unit. This can either be supplied by us or ordered independently from Ventech.

Fans: axial, reversible, aluminum impellers 800 mm in diameter, specially profiled blades. Fan housings/guides made of optimally-shaped aluminum.

Motors: Siemens, 3 kW, special dryer version, insulation class H, approx. 1400 rpm. Designed for the demanding environment of a drying chamber.
Quantity: 8 units.

Heating medium: hot water with boiler temperature of 90-95°C, pressure 1.5 - 3 bar.
Heating valve: motorized three-way DN65 x 1 pc. per chamber.

Spray medium: warm water (cold allowed), pressure 1.5 to 3 bar. Electromagnetic spray valve DN15 x 1 pc. per chamber.

Gates: lift-and-slide gates with a shared crank-lift mechanism for both doors.
