The Ventis Nexus 350 is a large-format spray booth, specifically designed for vans, panel vans, and buses. The large workspace, increased airflow capacity, and robust construction make it the ideal solution for body shops and paint shops focusing on commercial vehicles.
The booth is engineered for intensive continuous professional operation and complies with current EU directives and German approval requirements.

🌬️ Airflow – Downward Draft
The Ventis Nexus 350 operates with full downward airflow, optimized for tall vehicles and long bodies. Supply air is evenly distributed via a full-surface ceiling plenum and discharged vertically downwards. This design meets the requirements of DIN EN 16985 (formerly DIN EN 12215) and ensures uniform flow over roof, side, and rear sections.

🧼 Filtration System & Emissions Control
The filtration system is designed for permit-compliant operation in accordance with BImSchG, 31st BImSchV, and TA Luft.

🔹 Supply Air Filtration:
Multistage ceiling filters with diffusion media reduce dust and particulate ingress into the painting process, ensuring reproducible surface quality.
🔹 Exhaust Air Filtration:
High-efficiency filter stages reliably capture paint overspray and particulate emissions. The design supports compliance with typical permitting conditions for dust emissions and, depending on the application, TA Luft limits for organic substances in collected exhaust air (e.g., ≤ 50 mg total carbon per m³).
