With the systems of the ViscoTreat series, such as the ViscoTreat Inline, ViscoTec offers the optimal solution for both batch and continuous material preparation. These systems are installed as a preliminary stage to dosing applications for low to high-viscosity adhesives, thermal pastes, and solder pastes.

To ensure precise dosing results for highly filled materials, their preparation prior to application is indispensable. Fillers often tend to sediment or agglomerate during extended storage or downtime of the dosing unit. As a result, precise application of the medium is no longer possible. Dosing systems can become clogged, and wear on system components increases due to the separation of fillers from the binder. This also leads to significant deviations in the mechanical properties of the metered medium.
