Function:

The input material is drawn in by two slowly counter-rotating shafts (thus, dust and noise-free), onto which cutter discs are mounted. This process is monitored by an intelligent and innovative PLC control system. If the machine becomes overloaded or foreign objects are present in the cutting mechanism, the control system initiates a reverse operation. Due to the precise cutting gap of the cutter discs, the material is shredded with minimal energy consumption. The fitted scraper comb prevents the wrapping and lifting of the material being shredded. The width of the blades and the number of knife edges determine the output size of the material.

Applications:

This robust and heavy-duty machine, designed for long service life, can efficiently shred not only special waste, metal chips, electronic scrap, steel drums, and much more, but also containers of all types filled with liquids.
