4-axis CNC measuring machine, with an additional CNC axis and laser sensor for measuring external contours and generating 3D point clouds. Provides non-contact, complete measurement of precision tools, micro-tools, grinding wheels, rotationally symmetrical parts, and flat components. Micro-tools with diameters starting from 0.1 mm can be measured with high precision. Certified accuracy E1 = (1.8 + L/300) μm and repeatability ≤ 1.5 μm.
