Description
For sale: WDE Maspell MCP 2000-V vacuum dryer with a drying capacity of approximately 6 m³ of timber.
This machine has undergone a complete refurbishment of its peripheral components in 2023 and 2024, ensuring optimal commissioning. Very few operating hours since renovation.
Average Cycle: 3 to 4 days drying time for 27mm thick timber to reach moisture content below 30%.

Refurbishment History (2023):
* Electric Boiler: New GRETEL TRT548 (48 kW) model installed on June 16, 2023.
* Protection: Sold with a custom-built Douglas fir enclosure, specifically designed to protect the boiler and outdoor equipment, including a dedicated shelter for the electrical cabinet
* Maspell Maintenance: Replacement of many wear parts with new genuine Maspell components.
* Hydraulic System: Circulator pump replaced with a new unit at the time of boiler installation.
* Heat Exchanger: Plate exchanger replaced with new Barriquand models.

* Water Treatment: New Eautex softener installed, complete with all connection fittings to protect the system from scale.

Technical Specifications:
* Control System: MCP 2000-V (technology introduced by Maspell in 1998).

* Power supply: 380V / 400V - 50Hz.

Current Condition:
The machine was in full operation until 2025. Only the vacuum pump is currently out of order and requires repair or replacement. All other systems (heating, circulation, heat exchanger, automation) are recent or have been serviced.
