WEINIG Powermat 2000XL

For sale is a planing line from Weinig including associated mechanization from Kallfass, both before and after the planer.

The planing line is currently no longer in daily production. The operator-side (left) first spindle and its mount are defective.

Weinig Moulder:
Weinig Powermat 2000XL (year 2006) with 5 spindles (Weinig Powerlock system) plus chamfering unit. "Setup time savings!"

Spindle arrangement: bottom, right, left, top, bottom.
Both the bottom and top spindles are equipped with jointing devices.
Spindle motor power ratings: bottom 23.5 kW / right 15 kW / left 15 kW / top 28.5 kW / bottom 28.5 kW.
Spindle speed: 8,000 rpm.
The feed unit is powered by a 15 kW motor, providing a feed speed of 6–60 m/min.
The machine requires a pneumatic nominal pressure of 8 bar and an operating pressure of 6 bar.

Workpieces can be processed with the following dimensions:
Shortest part: 2.00 m
Longest part: 11.00 m (depending on mechanization)
Minimum thickness: 19 mm
Maximum thickness: 200 mm
Minimum width: 40 mm
Maximum width: 300 mm
Maximum profiling depth: 35 mm
Feed speed: 6 – 60 m/min
Ripping is possible on the 5th (bottom) spindle up to a height of 60 mm.

Mechanization:
Kallfass "HmoK10000" year 2006 (operational/used).
There is Kallfass mechanization before and after the planing line. At the package infeed, it is possible to buffer 2–3 packages, which must then be manually separated before the infeed.
After planing, layer formation is performed by a paternoster system with 3 adjustable walls. With this setup, maximum workpiece length is 11.00 m.
